I made a huge pot of chili the other night and I ended up with quite a bit of leftovers… I changed my mind about 10 million times on what to do with it. I thought of tacos, burritos, jacket potatoes with chili stuffing, dosadillas, lasagna and I came up with these chili rice burgers. There is no actual recipe for these. I used my chili leftovers, I added 1 cup of brown rice in it, cooked it for 20 minutes until the rice absorbed all the chili liquid, shaped in burgers and froze them.
