raw pizza - buckwheat and herbs crust topped with tomato, cucumber, onion, peppers and olives
bean balls served with avocado, mint and lime dipping sauce
quinoa with eggplants and sausage made of fava and dried mushrooms
lentil dip topped with roasted peppers
