Chocolate peanut butter pudding


This is one super simple and mind blowing chocolate  peanut butter pudding recipe!  if you want to treat yourself, then this is the way to do it and it is sure to put a smile on your face. This decadent chocolate peanut butter pudding comes together in about 5 minutes! Truth is I am not much of a chocolate girl but when peanut butter comes into the game I am totally sold. Dark, sweet, and luscious with a hint of contrasting saltiness, super tasty and kinda healthy! This has been my all time favorite dessert ❤



1 package firm siken tofu
1/2 cup melted semi sweet vegan chocolate chips
2 TS agave nectar
1/3 cup light peanut butter
1 ts vanilla extract

shredded chocolate for garnishing (optional)


Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend to combine. Chill for a couple of hours before serving. Enjoy!

breakfast: vanilla coffee pudding

Like most people, I usually start my day with a cup of coffee. And something quick for breakfast. {And a big big green smoothie. } And as the carnation instant breakfast is not good for me (I am sorry but I’ve been watching way too many old commercials on youtube lately) I came up with this quick and delicious tofu vanilla coffee pudding – for breakfast. Who needs a cup of coffee anyway? I do. And a spoon.

1 box firm silken tofu
1 1/2 ts vanilla extract
1 TS agave nectar
1 ts instant coffee
cocoa powder to garnish

Blend the tofu, vanilla extract and agave nectar in a food processor.  Take 3 TS of the mixture, place it in a small bowl, add the instant coffee and mix well.  Pour some of the vanilla mixture into a small serving bowl, add 1 TS of the coffee mixture and continue filling the bowl with the vanilla mixture. Dust the top with cocoa powder. Recipe makes 3 servings. Enjoy!
